Herbal Blends and Teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
All Medical concerns should be directed to a Healthcare Professional for any treatments and any preventative care as it applies to you individually.
**All fundraising and donations are subject to change and/or be limited to dates of promotions as agreed with participating organizations and/or foundations. Moore Tea reserves the right to withdraw promotional discounts at any time.
Tea prices and Availibitly are subject to change at any time according to Harvesting, Fair-trade and Import Production restrictions to help conserve our worlds natural resources.
First and foremost, we will not rent, sell or trade your personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise and we are required by Law or Legal process to provide information about a customer.
We collect credit card information when you place your order, and use it solely to process your order. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that you payment information is kept confidential. We do not retain credit card numbers for future orders and we never share any payment information with any third party, other than the credit card processing company.
We will never ask for your credit card information via email, or any online chat program. If someone contacts you claiming to be from Moore Tea please contact us directly (855) 666-7383 or MooreTea@att.net to advise us of the circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
All United States orders will be delivered using USPS, UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. We choose the fasted method available to have your order deliverd. At this time, Moore Tea ships merchandise to locations within the United States, U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Internationally Worldwide . Additionally, Moore Tea ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, USPS INTERNATIONAL FLATE RATE ONLY apply to all International Shipping outside of the Unites States also will include an additional handling fee as indicated when purchase is completed.
Free shipping offers do not apply to International Orders being shipped outside the United States.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this webite pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier of your territory when outside the United States. We are not responsible for orders shipped outside the U.S. and U.S territories. You may consider shipping your purchase to friends or relatives, and have them forward your purchase on to your International destination. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by International Mail Couriers which are outside of our control. Please note we do hold a proof of postage certificate. A claim for loss must be filed with the mail courier and limited to the couriers terms and conditions. If you are still not sure of the rules which apply to your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that Damage Claims cannot be accepted for perishable (food) items by us or third party.
All Purchases in U.S. currency only, orders processed Saturday - Friday will be shipped Saturday the following week due to the hand crafting and blending of our Teas.
International Orders will be shipped the following Saturday after the order has been processed and funds have been accepted and transferred by bank processing.
We do not ship to POB, Post Office Box, please do not try, your order will not be shipped.
Local Order Pick-up is available. Confirmation will be made after your order is processed and payment received when your order is complete and ready for pick up.

On-Time Confirmation Delivery by USPS, Flat Rate Ground Shipping promotion of $6.95, for all eligible U.S. Deliveries.
Free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice on eligible purchases.
Psssp.. We choose to send our packages as Eco friendly as possible and no longer include a paper receipt with shipments, please view or print your receipt out online at your own convenience. A copy will not be included with your package, thanks for helping us make a tiny difference in a friendly way.
Moore Tea charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable California State Sales Tax Rate. Sales tax only applies to our tea accessories and is included in the sales price.
Teas are treated as food and not taxed.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Moore Tea reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you need to pay with International credit card, please select Paypal as your payment type, and you may do so through them.
We do not accept returns on Tea, nor herbal products which have been opened. All Returns must be unopened in original packaging in order to receive a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any and all International Orders Returned. Please note that Damage Claims cannot be accepted for perishable (food) items by us or third party. All unopened products must be returned within 5 days of delivery. If you have any order that needs to be returned please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We do not accept returns without a RMA number.
We do not cover the cost of shipping returns unless due to company error.
Moore Tea will gladly exchange any unopened Tea product for product of comparable value within 5 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping cost unless due to company error. You must contact by email at MooreTea@att.net for a RMA number, no exchange will be given without an RMA number. Due to the hand crafting and blending of our Tea is subject to Sales Final Policy. All Returns are considered on a case by case basis and can be addressed at MooreTea@att.net
You may be required and expect to send pictures of any damaged items received within 2 days of confirmed delivery before a replacement item is shipped, without this items may not be subject to replacement. Pictures should be sent to MooreTea@att.net include your invoice and contact information, we will contact you once the pictures are received. If you do not here from us within 48hrs please call 855-MOORETEA mon-fri 9am to 3pm pst.

Cancelled Undeliverd Orders
All Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs from accepted and completed purchase for a full refund, after 24 hours refunds on all purchases are subject to the Return Policy (see above), please allow 3-7 business days for all bank
processing for refund monies owed to you to be returned.

Moore Tea Private Parties and Events
Moore Tea offers private party hosting and events throughout the year according to our calender availabitly.
All proposed offers must be confirmed with a deposit of the total amount charged no later than 7 days prior the party or event date. Deposits not recieved 7 days prior the event date void the offered proposal, a request to reconsider will be subject to a new proposed offer and cost.
All Cancellations must be made with verbal contact, emails, messages are unexceptable.
Any cancellations after the 7 days up to the day of the event will be subject to no refund, no exceptions
Moore Tea reserves the right to cancell any proposal at any time, and deposits will be refunded 100% within 3-7 business days.
All teas are prepared by Moore Tea Staff and Tea Confections by Certified Professional Gourmet Preparer,
catered by Moore Tea.
We will only attend Non Smoking and Feline Free (No Cats) Homes or Event Venues. Dogs are permtted but must be contained for the duration of the event and until Moore Tea has left the premises.
Please allow one and half hour prioe access for set up and one hour after for clean up.
