Pu-erh Tea
This customarily is best with meals or after meals. Black, Green or White Tea is allowed to decay permitting bacteria to enter leaf and alter flavor. Leaves then are buried and left to age. This tea is named after Pu-erh County, China. Known as Chinas "mystery tea" can be purchased loose leaf or compressed into cakes, tea brick form.
This aged tea is bold and slightly earthy tasting that is known for it's unique and complex attributes, once acquired has been known to become addicting
Pu-erh BREW TME: 4 minutes
Suggested temperature 200°F.
Re-steep multiple times.
